Here’s my Fat Loss Accelerator Plan.
The exact foods I eat to lose 16lbs in 6 weeks.
Macro Split For Losing Fat:
Protein: 25-35% of total calories
Carbohydrates: 40-50% of total calories
Fats: 20-30% of total calories

The amount of food you need to eat will depend on your specific weight, height & situation.
Keep in mind, the plan will need adapting over the 6 weeks as your body adapts to the fat loss!
